The Accidental Werewolf by Dakota Cassidy

AccidentalWerewolfMarty Andrews takes her teacup poodle for a walk one night, only to be  bitten by a mutt. Suddenly, her perfect blond hair darkens, and the hair on her legs starts growing at an alarming rate. Add some mood swings and and her dream job as a sales rep for Bobbie-Sue Cosmetics  hangs in the balance.

I really enjoyed this first installment of the Accidentally Friends series. I do have to admit though, it took me a few chapters to really get into the story, but once I hit the first bit of action — I was hooked. I love the way Dakota Cassidy portrays her characters — they were such a hoot! I found myself giggling at the funny and witty personality of Marty, cosmetic saleswoman turned werewolf, and her attempts to adapt to this new part of her life. Add in her equally whacky friends, Nina and Wanda, and a very stubborn, yet oh-so-sexy alpha wolf, Keegan and it became a highly entertaining read for me. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves a light and humorous paranormal romance.

And a big thank you to Amy for blogging this week!
